After the Grand Final of the 2023 Golden Trail World Series by Salomon, the Golfo dell’Isola will host one of the eight stages of the 2025 Golden Trail World Series by Salomon on May 17, 2025.
The Golfo dell’Isola Trail Race will give both professional athletes and amateur runners the chance to compete on the same course that crowned the champions of the 2023 Golden Trail Series by Salomon.
The top 30 men and top 30 women from the 2024 GTWS overall ranking, along with other elite athletes invited via wild cards, will battle it out on a stunning 26 km course with 1,400 meters of elevation gain.
Amateurs and competitive runners will participate in a separate race, starting after the men’s elite competition.
The Golden Trail World Series exists to celebrate and evolve trail running as a sport.
